My dream was to relocate to North Myrtle Beach's Grand Strand and pursue my career in real estate. This gives me the perfect opportunity to continue to utilize my broad knowledge base of residential and commercial real estate sales, property management, and extensive management and customer service skills.
My high level of integrity, dedication and service to my clients earned me the Service Excellence award from my former employer in Charlotte, North Carolina as well as Exceptional testimonials from my real estate clients.
I have held my South Carolina real estate license for 10+ years and my North Carolina real estate license for more than 20 years with continuing education classes. I attended the Allen Tate School of Real Estate and the Superior School of Real Estate in Charlotte, N.C.. Annual updates regarding the S.C. and N.C. Real Estate Commissions have kept me up to date with real estate contracts, laws, ethics and requirements as a Buyer's and/or Seller's Agent.
Not only have I made North Myrtle Beach my permanent home but have vacationed and visited here for many, many years. This afforded me the opportunity to get to know each area of the Grand Strand as I searched and found the perfect location to live and make my home in this beautiful and friendly coastal community.
